Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Guest must contact the salon if unsatisfied with service or product within 8 hours of service. Guest must return to the salon within 24 hours of the original service period to receive salon credit only.
